Terre Stregate History of the Estate:
Terre Stregate is a small oil and wine producing farm located in Guardia Sanframondi. Guardia Sanframondi is a town in Campania known for its interesting indigenous grapes (Aglianico and Falanghina being among the most important), and their beautiful DOP Sannio Olive Oils. The owner and operator of the winery is Maria Pacelli. She does her best to produce some of the regions most traditional and authentic wines and olive oils. The secret behind their small winery is the passion and love they have for the local culture and agricultural practices. From the very beginning the family had always intended to follow the local traditions while creating quality, artisanal products. This winery's attention to detail and obsession with perfection is certain to quickly earn them a place amongst today's most important southern Italian wine producers.
