Saba
History of the Estate:
The Saba estate has been producing quality traditional Abruzzese wine for many generations. They know and respect the land they cultivate, and are particularly sensitive to the preservation of local traditions. Although their production is relatively large- they occupy over 200 aces of vine-planted land- they craft each wine with the same care and attention of any great producer. Since 1991 the winery has been able to process all of its wine in its own facility, making them able to control the quality of their products on every level. Of all the wine processed by the estate only a small, carefully selected portion is designated to the winery's few various DOC and DOCG labels- this wine being a result of a rigorous selection of the estate's finest grapes.br>
